If you voluntarily sign up for the Josy’s Little Library mailing list and newsletter, this site will record your email address. You can decline to supply personal information, but you won't receive certain benefits such as newsletters and special offers. When subscribers click on a link in one of my emails or fills out a form, the site may record this information (see below how this information is used).

Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. You may ask for all your data to be deleted at any time by contacting us at josephineslittlelibrary@gmail.com.

If you enter a giveaway, your first and last name and email address is collected.

Newsletter and mailing list subscribers’ names and emails will only be used for receiving the newsletters or communication from Josy’s Little Library.

Giveaway entrants will be sent emails only about the giveaway, unless they also signed up for the newsletter.

Information on which email links are clicked on the most will help Josy’s Little Library choose links that interest readers in future emails.

Josy’s Little Library may use affiliate codes in some of the emails or on the site.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and use of the Website by Minors

This website is dedicated to protecting children and does not knowingly engage in activities that process the data of minors under 13. Entries to our contests and giveaways are sent by the minor’s parent or legal guardian if the child is under 13. If a child under 13 provides us with personal information without parental consent, the parent or guardian may contact us by email at josephineslittlelibrary@gmail.com. We will remove the information and unsubscribe the child from any of our mailing lists.
